Join us for April's Evening Relief Society Activity to be held Thursday, April 28th at 7:00 p.m. in the Relief Society room. We are excited to have the Young Women join us for a fun filled evening of talent sharing. Several ladies in our ward will be sharing their expertise by teaching a "mini class". Children's class provided. We promise there will be lots of yummy treats, and an "on time prize".

*****If you have any Trek clothes that you are willing to share with the youth or adults, please bring it to the RS Activity on April 28th. We are meeting with the Young Women and they could pick and then check them out with you.

*This Friday April 29th is the Activity Days Mom and Daughter PJ Party! It is at the church from 6-8, come join us for lot's of fun!

*If any of you know of any summer job availablity for the youth in our ward, please respond back to this email and we will pass the information along. Thanks!

*The ward is putting together a book of advice for the graduating seniors in our ward. That includes: Hannah Abbott, Nicole Shumway, and Katelyn Smith. If you have advice to share please make it 500 words or less and send it to Shad Vick at shad@lunawebs.com.

*We know that not all of you sisters have had the opportunity to share your testimonies in the traveling scriptures we will be presenting to the graduating Laurels in the next few weeks, and we're running out of time!. If you haven't yet had this chance, please email carrieclinton@gmail.com with your favorite Book of Mormon scripture and a brief testimony to be included with your scripture. Carrie will print it out, mark your favorite scripture, and include your testimony inside the Book of Mormon to give to one of the Laurels at the beginning of May. The Young Women who will be receiving one of these books are: Hannah Abbott, Nicole Shumway, and Katelyn Smith. Thank you for your willingness to take a few minutes of your day to do this. It will be a great opportunity to share with these young women a little about yourself, and we hope it will be a treasured gift for them.

*We are in need of donations to purchase the batting for the quilts we are trying to put together for our ward. If you are willing to donate, please let Alice Childs know. This month, make a conscious effort to testify of principles you have been pondering in your gospel study. Whether in a formal setting such as Fast and Testimony meeting or Family Home Evening, or in casual conversation with family and friends, your testimony will be strengthened as you complete this challenge.
